Creative Direction, Message Strategy and Production Design
THE ROLE - Creative director and production designer across four Bloomberg events including global economic forums, technology summits, and finance conferences. Responsible for stage and set design, strategy, broadcast integration, live event graphics, floor planning, and functionality management.
THE CHALLENGE - Bloomberg's audience doesn't attend events. They are the event. Economists, executives, technologists, and market makers read a room in seconds and the environment must match the conversation happening within.
The harder problem: every event had to work in two completely different spatial realities at once. The physical room and the broadcast frame are not the same canvas.
THE SOLUTION - Stage, set, graphics, and broadcast integration were developed as a single unified system. Story, material, light, scale, and graphic language were then calibrated together until both the live and broadcast experiences felt cohesive.
THE RESULT - Total event success. Broadcast viewership increased. Streaming audiences grew. Four events delivered. Bloomberg-standard, across the board.
