Arriving at Hirschfeld, the challenge was immediate and obvious. A company in full change mode, ready to evolve but needing the creative infrastructure to match the ambition.
The first order of business was foundational. Establish internal project process protocols. From there, provide ongoing support for the small but talented design team, simplify and revitalize the brand identity system, modernize presentation decks, rebuild the online digital presence, create a coast-to-coast video crew network and elevate social from reactive to intentional. Not just a refresh. A fully enabled creative platform the entire team could believe in and build from.
From that foundation, opportunities arrived quickly. The first test came from Kona Big Wave, looking for a show stopping activation concept worthy of their 2026 audience. Phorm Energy followed, ready for an experiential campaign with real voltage. Both programs were presented with the newly built precision, purpose, and creative confidence. Both closed.
Ten months. Creative team reinforced. Processes built. Brand reborn. Website live. PR established. And, a fully functioning social team producing content worth watching.
